Just thought I'd drop you a note as I just signed and returned my lease renewal for next year.  I did not hesitate a moment in signing up for another year.  This has been a great place to work and do business.  When I first moved in last January, I liked the facility but I had no idea that I would like it as much as I do.  Compared to other "office suite" buildings this has them beat hands down.  All offices have nice big windows giving even the smallest office a nice feel.  The large common areas make it pleasant and give the building a very spacious feel.  When I have clients or vendors in to see me, they always comment on what a great building it is.  I have a lot of clients downtown so access to the METRA could not be more convenient.

The building services offer everything I need and the staff have always been more than responsive to my needs.
